A boutique hotel, not a big hotel

No endless hallways or impersonal lobbies: separate villas, silence and a view.

We are a boutique hotel in Valle de Guadalupe, in Francisco Zarco (El Porvenir), at the heart of Baja California's wine route. Each villa is a standalone building with its own terrace and view — mountain or vineyard.

The architecture uses local stone, wood and large windows: the landscape comes inside. And since everything sits on the same grounds, you can sleep, eat and get a massage without touching your car.
